Chronic pain is deeply personal and Dr Jeremy Tannenbaum's practice treats it that way. The goal was to create an identity that felt as human as the care itself: warm, approachable, and quietly trustworthy, without losing the credibility that a specialist practice demands. It also needed to be built for the long game: personal enough to reflect Jeremy's signature approach today, yet flexible enough to grow with the practice as it evolves into something bigger.

The mark brings together three symbols, each chosen with intention. The spine sits at the centre and as the source of so much chronic pain, it creates an immediate and honest connection to the practice's core work. A bridge speaks to transition, the journey from struggle toward stability and relief. And a pine tree, evergreen through every season, brings a sense of endurance and calm, while quietly honouring the "Tannenbaum" name itself (Tannenbaum is German and means pine tree).

The identity stretches comfortably across every touchpoint from business cards, pens, and lanyards to medical document templates and the practice website. Because the work Dr Tannenbaum does is both clinical and deeply human, the visual system had to hold both truths at once: minimal and clean enough to feel professional, warm and considered enough to feel like a place of genuine care. Wherever it appears, the brand carries that balance with it.
